When booking, the customer is obligated to provide their personal data and payment information, and is fully accountable for the choices they make, the accuracy of their information, and any updates.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary documents (identification documents, permits, visas, certificates of vaccines and\/or other relevant documents) for entry into the country and locality where the accommodation is located. Casa Pedro In\u00eas assumes no responsibility for the refusal to grant visas or entry permits of the Client in the country. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

It is forbidden to host children under 18 (eighteen) years of age in the accommodation, unless they are accompanied and\/ or authorized by their parents or legal representative, with documentation proving parentage or condition. If accompanied by an adult, written permission from the parent or legal representative is required. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

No refunds will be granted for goods and\/or Services available to the Customer but which he chooses not to use or enjoy.<\/span><\/p>\n

TAXES <\/strong><\/p>\n

The price of the reservation already includes the legally due taxes, such as the Value Added Tax (VAT). <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The accommodation features are exactly as described on the website. However, it is important to note that the hotel photographs may not have been taken exactly on the day of the Customer\u2019s booking, leading to non-significant differences between the image and reality when the Services are used. These differences do not give the Customer the right to modify the contract. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

It is not possible to make a reservation for more people than the normal capacity of the accommodation.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The group, category and name of the accommodation are determined by the applicable laws in Portugal.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

If the Client arrives at the accommodation with more people than indicated in the reservation, the responsible persons may refuse entry to these people. In this case, Casa Pedro In\u00eas cannot be held responsible. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Normally, check-in at the accommodation is allowed from 16:00 on the day of arrival and check-out must be done until 13:00 on the day of departure (local time of the accommodation). If the Customer exceeds the check-out time, an additional amount may be charged, which will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

If the Client does not show up at the accommodation until 23:59 of the arrival date indicated on the proof of reservation, the reservation may be disregarded and the accommodation may be sold to third parties. In this case, Casa Pedro In\u00eas cannot be held responsible. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It is important that the<\/span> customer<\/span> correctly inform himself in contact with Casa Pedro In\u00eas about the accepted means of payment. Regardless of the form of payment chosen, Casa Pedro In\u00eas always requests, at the time of booking, the information necessary for the guarantee of the same. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cu<\/span>stomers<\/span>have the flexibility to cancel their booking at no additional cost, provided they do so at least 14 days in advance. To accept, in writing, a change to the contract, including any changes in price.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The Client must inform Casa Pedro In\u00eas of his decision within 4 working days after receiving the notification.
